Well one hour to check in systems were out, room was not fully clean

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. The food outlets were not accommodating and when they were open offered very little options. The front desk staff made almost no effort to be helpful. Even when several members of the group we traveled with experienced car break ins despite on-site security, the staff took an attitude of “it’s not my job” when asked for assistance.

Rooms are completely used up. Carpet looks like waves on the sea with at least four cut and frayed areas and several prominent stains. Wallpaper is peeling in multiple locations. Bedding has 100% not been changed and thermostat is set on 65 but room is hot. Plus lobby smells of sewer. There is no excuse for Marriott to keep there name on this embarrassment.

The bathtub was dirty and the carpet had stains room 214, food was on and service good but the room was nos very clean
